ROUGH MENU PLAN FOR SEPTEMBER 2010

Monday: (Purple day) Roast Chicken, soaked brown rice, greens, and black beans

Tuesday: (Red day) Vegetable stew, with and without chicken, soaked quinoa and greens

Wednesday: (Yellow day) Dahl with soaked millet and broccoli

Thursday: (Orange day) Stone Soup, prepared with wonderful, local, organic, gluten/dairy/soy/nut/meat/egg free items which the children bring from home! We could have organic brown rice noodles with our soup and any number of other amazing foods! Fun!

Friday: (Green day) Pack snack, lunch and water for your children as they will be spending the whole morning outdoors.
